Berlin is just 85 km away and the Polish border crossing only 7 km. In 20 minutes you can be on the A 20 heading north and in 35 minutes on the A 11 bound for Berlin.

Port
Schwedt's port in its current stage of development offers over 700 metres of quay.
Six berths are available along with two modern loading cranes, each with a hoist capacity of 45 metric tons. On the 100 metre wide spaces along the quay wall it is possible to load and unload bulk, piece and liquid cargo as well as heavy loads.
Planned development of the waterway will in future also allow coastal trading vessels to access this economic region as well.
